Intuitive Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a holistic Japanese practice that treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. The many beneficial effects include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

 It is administered by gentle "laying on"  or "hovering of hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So we can define Reiki as"spiritually guided life force energy."

Alexa practices Reiki as taught through the Usui lineage. She applies channeled energy with her training and intuition to help the body heal itself.  During a typical session, the client will lay down fully-clothed on a massage table. Alexa channels Reiki from the world around her and intentionally sends the Reiki to the client through her focus and hands.
